Kindly read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation.
1. Payment will be made in the course and on the day of transfer. You may make the payment either in cash or by credit card, directly to the driver and in the vehicle. also, if you’d like to choose pre-payment method by mail-order transaction or via PayPal online.
2. Additional address to stop somewhere else more than once, extra fee is €10 for each stop.
3. Infants and babies (up to 3 years old) are free of charge. In the case of travel with an infant or a baby, we kindly ask you to add them as a person when you fill the reservation form. According to transportation laws in France, your transportation contains “trip insurance”. This is why, it is so important to know numbers of passengers.
4. Our standard luggage allowance permits 2 luggages for each passenger. Parix Taxi refuses responsibility in the case of over-luggage.
5. In the event of flight delay, drivers of Paris Taxi would be waiting for the passenger who have already booked online.
6. Passenger capacity of our vehicles is maximum 8 pax. In the case of over-passenger, second vehicle will be added and “discount for groups” will be applied. The price minus the discount is €80. Please be kind to note that the price minus the discount is available for the passenger who would like to go to the same address. Additional address to stop somewhere else more than once, extra fee is €10 for each stop.
7. Meeting would be 3 hours before the flight time for airport drop off transfers.
8. Driver will be waiting you at the time of meeting. Additional cost is €50 for 25 minutes delays. Also, Paris Taxi cannot guarantee or be held responsible for extraordinary situations that may occur before or during your transfer. Such circumstances may include traffic jam, accidents and related delays, controls or police activity, acts of vandalism or terrorism, protests and organized disturbances, unforeseen hazards on the roadway, acts of government or national authority, natural disasters, fire and adverse weather conditions or other events beyond the control of Paris Taxi.
9. All of our transfers are carried out with official vehicles authorised by competent transport authorities and tested drivers with a full licence. Also, when you choose us for your transportation needs, your transportation contains “trip insurance”. French laws require this coverage from licensed transporters. We strongly suggest you don’t accept transportation offers from unknown individuals.
10. All cancellation requests must be received, in writing, at our email address [email protected] a minimum of 12 hours before the day of your first scheduled transfer.
11. Paris Taxi does not guarantee the reservation made in less than 12 hours of the flight time.
